Learning Intentions:
1. To gain and understanding of the research of Anita Collins; exploring the links between music and language in relation to brain development and how music can be used as a vehicle to prime the brain for literacy.
2. To build your capacity to be able to confidently and  competently deliver a 10-15min music lesson as a prima to the literacy block.
3. To be able to reflect and notice the impact on students and to adjust your teaching to cater for their needs for them to continue to develop.
